Great stay, but bring utensils!

The room was clean and comfortable, and I loved the option to cook, making my stay feel like home.

However, I was disappointed to find there were no utensils for cooking unless purchased separately, which felt unnecessary.

I had a very pleasant stay at My Place Hotel-Boise/Meridian, Id. The location is excellent, providing easy access to both business and leisure activities. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and featured a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night. The staff were particularly friendly and accommodating, quickly assisting with all requests. The kitchenette was a nice added feature, providing the option to prepare meals.

Customer service stood out, particularly from staff like Chris and Brianna, who were kind and accommodating when we had to adjust our plans. However, a limited food selection and lack of amenities slightly disappointed us.

The location was convenient, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. However, two aspects could use some improvement. There were no basic kitchen utensils provided in the kitchenette, which made cooking a hassle. I had to buy a dish pack, and that was inconvenient since I flew in with limited luggage. Also, the advertised breakfast needs to be clearer. it felt more like a snack than a meal, as I received only a paper bag with water, a granola bar, and a piece of fruit, which was a disappointment.

Clean room, friendly staff, which made our stay enjoyable with easy access to numerous restaurants and shopping options nearby, along with complimentary Wi-Fi available in public areas and free parking, all just 12 km from the nearest airport.

Great for Pet Owners!

I had a fantastic stay with my cat and dog. The hotel offers an excellent pet area, complete with grassy space and waste bags, making it super convenient. My room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable kitchen setup. However, I do wish the pillows were a bit softer for better sleep.
